Jackson Low is a Melbourne-based image maker working across multiple genres of photography. His practice combines studio processes, infrared photography, film, AI-assisted methods and experimental approaches to explore shifting

His recent project Outernet (2025) explores the fringes where online and physical worlds intersect, reflecting on contemporary
life shaped by constant connectivity. Low continues to develop an expanded image-making practice that moves between traditional photographic processes and emerging technologies.

Group Exhibition, Trace Gallery (2026) and has been a finalist in the Photo Collective’s Australian Photography Awards (2026). In 2026 Low won the MAPh Look! Prize in the Experimental Photography category.
